A Pot of Golden Milk

Especially during long days in the studio, these small pauses have become an important part of my process. A warm cup, a deep breath, a moment to look out the window and clear my mind before returning to the canvas.
 

 
Very often, it is exactly during these quiet moments that new ideas appear — small details, fresh inspiration, or sudden solutions for a painting I had been struggling with before.
 

 
For me, golden milk is therefore less of a trendy drink and more of a small ritual: warm, comforting, and simply something that brings calmness into the creative process.
